His career interests took a pivotal turn when he was introduced to cryptocurrency and investing. Bryce began studying the industry and developed a skill for teaching others how to make profitable investments through emerging technologies.
In 2021, the IAMS Foundation gave away over $200,000 in scholarships to HBCU students needing financial help in attaining their education.

iMillennials 3 — Edutainment at Hard Rock Stadium
In May 2021, over 14,000 people from across the United States gathered at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL for his premier event iMillennials 3 — an 'Edutainment' experience pairing motivational speakers on financial literacy with performances from megastars DaBaby, Coi LeRay, and emerging rap artist Sir Trilli.
The event was powered under IAMS Worldwide — the company Bryce co-founded in 2019, encompassing verticals from community to tech.

MILLIONS: Accepted and Excepted
While honing his skills as an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Bryce announced the release of his first book — self-published and an instant hit, debuting on Amazon as the #1 New Release in Entrepreneurship and #39 overall.
